岗位职责:岗位职责:Responsibilities:1.开展市场及需求调研,挖掘客户需求,输出调研方案Make market demand survey, dig customer needs and output survey proposal2.制定产品运营策划方案,并制定线上、线下营销推广策略Prepare product operation and planning scheme, and make online and offline marketing promotion strategy3.关注行业的最新发展,提升产品的知名度,根据市场需求、用户反馈和产品功能,提升用户体验,提高用户活跃度和用户转化率Keep up to date with the latest developments within the industry, increase the brand awareness of the product, improve the user experience, activeness and conversion rate based on marketing demand, user feedback and product function4.定期针对运营、推广效果进行跟踪、评估,并提交运营、推广效果的统计分析报表,及时提出改进措施,给出切实可行的改进方案Track and assess the operation and promotion effectiveness regularly, submit statistical analysis reports, propose improving measures and provide practical and feasible plans for improvement5.与医院、学校、专业协会建立联系,提高产品在专业领域中的曝光度,拓展产品的合作领域Network with hospitals, schools and professional associations, increase the visibility of product in professional field to expand collaborative areas 任职资格:Qualifications and Experience:1.本科及以上学历,2年以上产品运营经验或者线上、线下营销推广经验Bachelor’s Degree or above, 2 years’ working experience in product operation or online, offline promotion2.有NGO、慈善、康复行业从业经验者优先NGO, charity and rehabilitation field experience is preferred3.具备较强的创新与市场分析能力和解决问题能力Strong innovational and marketing analytical skill and problem-solving ability4.具备较强的公关、谈判技能,计划和组织能力
